905 Adams Street Architect: Hotel Flagler "Most popular priced hotel in Jacksonville", owned by Robert Kloeppel (also owned the George Washington and later the Mayflower Hotel). Hotel Flagler was located outside the "busy downtown area" and was three blocks from the Union Terminal (Jacksonville Terminal).
