Ship "Westmoreland" anchored in the St. Johns River. The E.O. Painter Fertilizer Company warehouse is in the background. In 1916, Mrs. O.C. Painter Williams was President, D.A. Morrison was the Junior Secretary, W.P. Simmons was the Vice President and W.I. Lyman was the Treasurer. The office was located at 612 Dyal Upchurch Building.
