Summary: Ada Cummer had a pet squirrel who had his own wooden house that sat on the front porch of her house. Billy Buster was his name. Once Ada died and her house was torn down, Billy lived in the Cummer oak on Ninah Cummer's property. Brief chronology of Cummer family. Cummer oak tree is 80 meet tall, 138 feet across, with a trunk girth of 21 feet. It is 175 to 200 years old.
