Scope and Content

A letter to the Florida Times-Union Editor from Representative Bill Basford in 2017. The letter was written to give credit to the young black leaders at the time and commemorate the victims of the riot. Basford goes on to call for the leaders and people of today to look within themselves to end the ongoing inequality.
