Built in 1912 in the Ortega neighborhood near Panama Park, it was listed as a $9000 brick residence. This home shows the influence of the Prairie style, with broad roof overhang and an ornamental chimney. It also had a partially screened veranda along three sides of the house.
Dr. McKinnon was an osteopath.
