A step back in time for the renewal of old friendships and gathering of the clans of the people who settled in Garden City, our shopping center of the twenties, and the surrounding area, Florida.
Garden City is a suburban neighborhood located in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Garden City Community Reunion was the brainchild of Beulah Lee Hickox Liddell and Margaret Huntley Cashwell. On February 25, 1988, a meeting as held at the home of Beulah Liddell which included invited friends who thought her idea was a good one.
President: Beulah Lee Hickox Liddell -- VP was Margaret Huntley Cashwell -- Secretary was Sylvia Tarwater Higginbotham -- Historian was Kathryn Williford Harrold.
