Jacksonville selections: Judge Gooding and company had never heard anything like it in their lives. And then Elvis waved at them as the girls shrieked louder (page 43) -- Mae Boren Axton hit upon idea that ended with song title Heartbreak Hotel (page 46) --pages 47-92 in Jacksonville.
