Selected contents: November 2015: Martha Reid chapter 19, Jacksonville, placed an official Florida Heritage Historical Marker at the site of Martha Reid's childhood home, Sawpit Bluff plantation located on Black Hammock Island. The marker was dedicated on May 30, 2015. Includes photo of marker.
Selected contents: December 2015: Martha Reid chapter 19, Jacksonville, met in Jo Ann Orren's home on June 26 to celebrate the birthday of Jefferson Davis. In addition they were celebrating new members for the year, 2014-2015. These included Mary Loughren, Margaret McArthur, Jaylen Nagro, Virginia Dyer, Nanda Dao, Ann Washington, Karen Roquand, Pamela Anderson, Linda Gilmore, and Patricia McQuaig. Linda Gilmore took part in a skit for Southern Memorial Day.
Selected contents: January 2016: The 120th Annual Division Convention was held in Jacksonville on October 8th-11, 2016.Martha Reid Chapter 19 hosted Historical Evening where a number of members wore 1860s attire. Dr. Keith Holland, discover of the Maple Leaf, gave a presentation on the shipwreck located in the St. Johns River. He was presented with a Jefferson Davis Historical Gold Medal. Includes photos from the conference such as Dr. Holland receiving his medal and members at the headstone of Captain A. S. Perry located in Evergreen Cemetery.
