Ginny's Movement--These two views of Hurricane Ginny were taken 30 seconds apart by cameras in TIROS VII. The upper photo was made at 2:15p.m. and the lower at 2:15 1/2 p.m. The Weather Bureau Satellite Center at Wallops, Va., said the storm center was at that time, approximately 31.0 North,, 75.8 West or about 300 nautical miles east of Jacksonville, Fla. The photos were flown to Washington for release,
