The upper photo was made at 2:15p.m. and the lower at 2:15 1/2 p.m. The Weather Bureau Satellite Center at Wallops, Va., said the storm center was at that time, approximately 31.0 North,, 75.8 West or about 300 nautical miles east of Jacksonville, Fla.
