Jacksonville Housing Partnership - Paint the Town - 1998 The collection was donated to the Jacksonville Historical Society many years after the Jacksonville Housing Partnership closed its doors. The items were collected by the first executive director, Carolyn Ettlinger, and delivered to the society by Melissa Dow - her long time administrative assistant. The mission of JHP was to facilitate community development by offering a range of services that expands safe, affordable housing for low and moderate income families and improves the quality of life in Northeast Florida.
