A page of the meeting minutes for the Jacksonville Council Chamber, City Hall on January 4, 1968. The Council Chamber President was W. E. Grissett, and the Councilmen included Bill Basford, MacLean, Covington, Dickinson, Carter, Lanahan, Sanders, Taylor, Mathis, Huntley, Moore, Humphries, Williams, Sulzbacher, Carlucci, and Johnson. This meeting had to do with the elimination of the special committee, as the standing committees had to decide what fell under their scope to pick up the extra work.
