Fuller, a local resident , was first published as 20 separate newspaper articles in the St. Petersburg Times Walter P. Fuller was born in Bradenton in 1894 and attended local schools. His family moved to St. Petersburg in 1907. Fuller had been a land broker since 1915. He also worked as a newsman, boat and street car operator and he served in the state legislature.
