This study provides an inventory, analysis and forecast of financial resources available for transportation within the Jacksonville area through to 1990. The transportation facilities considered are highways, taxis, transit, railroads, seaports airports and pipelines. Analyses of the financial resources data are made and financial forecasts developed based upon past trends, present conditions and available studies defining future needs or demands. The various governmental jurisdictions and authorities are examined, particularly with a view to the impact of their possible policy decisions on the total transportation picture.
