HUD Project #: Florida P-101
This is a study of the major social and environmental conditions in neighborhoods throughout the community. Social and environmental goals, which set the guidelines for study activities, are established early in the report. Adverse environmental conditions are identified within the neighborhoods as an indication of the seriousness and extent of communitywide problems. Environmental problems are discussed and recommendations are made for the alleviation of many undesirable conditions.
