Description

Pharmacy bottle with two labels. Top label "Prepared & Sold by BELLER & BURNETT Charlestown, Va." Bottom label "USE EXTERNALLY Prepared & Sold by BELLER & BURNETT Charlestown, Va." Bottle was probably made in 1840 due to the presence of a pontil scar on the bottom. Due to the presence of the typed label, this glass bottle may be assumed to have been recycled for use up into the early 19th century.
