Description

Tin seesaw operated by pouring sand in funnel in center. Sand would fill up one side and drain out then fill up other side. Painted yellow, red, blue and green. "BUSY MIKE" near top of funnel. Maker "J. CHEIN & CO. MADE IN U.S.A."
