Description

World War I soldiers at a position on East Washington Street near the Library and Civic Center. The building on the left was the office Dr. James M. Ranson, Jr. This group were the original American Legion members of Jackson Perks Post. The dentist's office became, with several additions, the building known as the Old Charles Town Library.
