American mahogany Elizabethan Revival Cottage style and Gothic Revival style work table. Solid mahogany with figured mahogany veneers; poplar secondary wood; appears to retain its original turned wooden knobs; non-original finish. Two drawers; four turned legs, two each on pedestals with lyre decorations. Shelf stretcher about half-way to drawers with two spindle stretchers at bottom. Stencilled in top drawer "O. P. MERRYMAN CABINET MAKER N. L. Coe Howard & Fayette Sts. BALTIMORE". Object number in drawer.Acquisition
