Description

Faded blue, yellow and red ribbon with enameled bar at top and a hanging round medal. Top bar has large pin on back. Brass wire fringe at bottom. Bar at top says "Blue Ridge Lodge". Middle bar says "No. 131". On ribbon is silver "K. OF P. CHARLESTOWN WEST VIRGINIA INSTITUTED AUGUST, 1901". On back is black ribbon with silver lettering "K. OF P. CHARLESTOWN WEST VIRGINIA INSTITUTED AUGUST, 1901". Medal on front is surrounded with fancy brass design. White enameled medal has an armor helmet with visor on top of which is an eagle. Shield below has crossed halberds with "F B C".
