Blue, red and white ribbons from the Jefferson County Fair for the years 1958 and 1960 awarded to Frances Barfield. There are two blue, seven red and four white ribbons. The blue ribbons say "FIRST PREMIUM JEFFERSON COUNTY FAIR" The red ribbons say 'SECOND PREMIUM JEFFERSON COUNTY FAIR" and the white ribbons say "THIRD PREMIUM JEFFERSON COUNTY FAIR". Each has the seal of the state of West Virginia in the center and a yellow string attached.Acquisition
