Train is on the "new" mainline of the B&O Railroad; property on old armory grounds acquired from T.H. Savery; 1894 tunnel through Maryland Heights, built and tracked moved upstream to their location. Iron span adjacent carried vehicular traffic. Also shows St. Peter's Church (renovated 1896), Hilltop House-1888, and Harpers Ferry Paper Company- 1889
