Description

Beige ribbon with gold colored bar at top with star in center. Crossed Confederate battle flag and stars and bars above a button with Robert E. Lee on it. Ribbon says "BERKELEY CO. CAMP S. C. V. MARTINSBURG, W. VA.". Brass coiled wire tassel at bottom.
