Description

Wooden shield shaped plaque with a logo and brass name plate. The logo is a white circle with a red sword pointing up. Around the sword on the bottom half of the circle is "THE AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY". Surrounding the white circle is a bronze colored wreath. The brass plate says " '75 CRUSADE JAKE M. VIENER". A blue strip of tape on back says "Stineman Ribbon & Trophy Mfg. Co. LAMBS BRIDGE, SOUTH FORK, PENNA. Telephone 495-9201 Area Code 814".
