Wooden commemorative plaque in shape of a shield with cloth patch of Air Force 494th Fighter Squadron, Lakenheath Air Base, England glued on. A black panther is the central symbol of the patch with a jet and red, yellow and blue arrow shape behind the panther. Small, black metal plaque below patch says "THANKS FOR FLYING WITH THE FINEST, BADDEST, MEANEST 3 MARCH 2004"
