Description

Coin with emblem of Homeland Security on obverse. Emblem is spread-winged eagle with a shield in front. Around the eagle in gold letters on white background is "U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY". Around the edge in gold on a dark blue or black background is "CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION" with a row of stars on bottom. On center of reverse is an outline of the state of West Virginia in red, white and blue. Below WV is "Advanced Training Center at Harpers Ferry, WV". Around edge in gold on dark blue or black background is "RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY AUGUST 30, 2005".
