Description

U. S. Air Force class A, dress blue uniform with tunic, pants, belt and one necktie. Tunic has three dull silver Air Force buttons on front and smaller buttons holding each epaulet in place. On each epaulet is a silver brigadier general's star. On each lapel is a silver "U.S.". On the left side above the pocket are nine rows of ribbons. Above the ribbons is a silver pin of spread wings with a shield in the center. Above the shield is a star with a wreath around it. This is the insignia of a master pilot. On the right side is a silver name bar with "LLOYD" in blue letters, On the inside breast pocket is label with " ALLEGHENY MANUFACTURING". Pants have zip fly and four pockets. Left back pocket has button. On inside right waistband is label "34S". Sewn to inside right pocket is white label with red letters "Tennessee Apparel Corp. Tullahoma, Tennessee". Below that is standard military label with contract number, etc. Web belt has silver buckle with spread wings above a single star. Buckle is slide adjustable type. Necktie is blue, has three button holes for attaching to uniform shirt. Label on back side of large end "Smoothie BUTTON-DOWN TIE PUT SMALL END THRU HERE MADE BY SCHRETER". Label at bottom of tie is standard military tag with contract numbers, etc.
