Plastic card the size of a credit card. Card has blue background with red and yellow stripe around edge. Text on card "Air Force Crisis Action Team CAT Director" In center is black and blue shield with white star with a red circle in center. Star is surrounded by a pentagon. Lightning bolt goes through pentagon. At bottom of shield is white banner with blue letters "AIR FORCE OPERATIONS GROUP". Card has a plastic tab attached with a clip for clipping on uniform.
