Date(s): 1865 Date(s) Assembled: An entry in the record book dated April 12, 1865, contains a handwritten copy of R.E. Lee's General Order No. 9 surrendering to the Union Army. Edward Fisher, buried in Zion Episcopal Church graveyard, was the son of Eliza LeRoy (Lily) Daingerfield and her first husband, Edward Fisher. After Fisher's death, she married John S. Alfriend. Eliza and John S. Alfriend are the grandparents of the donor
