World War II khaki officer's service hat with gold U. S. Army spreadwinged eagle insignia, brown brim and belt held with brass button on each side. Handwritten on underside on protective shield "T. T. PERRY M. G. PERCY JONES GEN HOSP." and three illegible words. On the left side of the sweatband "ASSOCIATED MILITARY STORE". Stamped on the front of the sweatband "E-Z CUSHION".
