Description

Dark blue ribbon with gold colored medal attached and rectangular name bar above. Handwritten on name bar "T.T. PERRY BALTIMORE". On the medal is a round seal that says "CITY OF DETROIT MICHIGAN" with two standing figures in flowing robes. At the top of the medal is an airplane. Below the plane is a human figure with long wings. At the bottom of the medal is "1922 2ND NATIONAL AERO CONGRESS".
