Description

Leeland was built after the Civil War by descendants of Edmund and Eliza Lee from bricks from the original Leeland (built by Edmund and Eliza Lee about 1830), which burned in 1856, and from Bedford, another Lee family home, which was burned by Union troops during the Civil War.
