Letter printed as a broadside from Logan Osburn dated June 13, 1861, to the Editors of the Free Press. Letter states Mr. Osburn's opposition to the State of Virginia's seceding from the Union, but in keeping with his loyalty to the State and his opinions being overruled by male voters in the state, he submits to the majority.
