Description

Sterling silver teaspoon, circa 1820. Engraved "Hannah Lee Washington" (daughter of Bushrod Corbin Washington I) in script at base of handle. "STERLING" is stamped on reverse of handle, just below unidentified hallmark. Used at Clay Mont (Claymont), built by Bushrod Corbin Washington I in Jefferson County.
