Plastic female doll dressed in student nurse's uniform. Doll has blue eyes and braided blonde hair in coils over her ears and is dressed in blue print dress with long sleeves with white lace around neck and around sleeves; white pinafore; white pantaloons and white stockings; white tie shoes; and white nurse's cap with red cross in center. Doll is on a wooden stand and is decorated with nineteen pins, including Winchester Memorial Hospital pin, American National Red Cross Nurse pin, and American Red Cross Board Member pin. Also decorated with name tag: "Lucy Milton 40-44 Years of Service"; and with American Red Cross Nursing Services card dated 1958 and appointing Lucy R. Milton an American Red Cross Nurse.
