Charles Town, West Virginia Phone 725-7045 Made in U.S.A. under the measuring portion. On the centimeter side is stamped CHEVROLET ... VALUE YOU CAN DEPEND ON under the measuring portion. Each side has two Chevrolet logos. Used for advertising and as complimentary gifts for customers.
