Printed, string-bound 17-page document: An amended Bill of Complaint to U. S. District Court for the District of West Virginia by Daniel B. Lucs, solicitor, for Catherine Shepherd Lucas and Robert A. Lucas, complainants, asking for an injunction against members of the Brooks and Shepherd families concerning the wills of James H. Shepherd, New Orleans business man and former partner in New Orleans with his brother Reginal D. Shepherd. The behavior of the late Reginal D. Shepherd in regard to one of his brother's wills figured prominently in the Bill of Complaint.
