Two stock certificates (Number 321 and 322) issued by the Charles Town Mining, Manufacturing and Improvement Company Burns and Shugert, July 3, 1891. Each certificate is for four shares and is signed by S. Lee Phillips, Secretary, and R. P. Chew, President. The back of each certificate shows the transfer of the shares to James M. Ranson on July 15, 1891.
