Brass casting of a jockey riding a racehorse. Number 2 is on 'saddle-blanket'. Across bottom edge: "CHARLES TOWN WV". On back, along bottom edge, right of center is "B". According to donor, casting was made at Powhatan Brass and Iron Works, Ranson, WV, by Bradley E. Baer.
