K-3 Indenture: May 7, 1763, between Gorshom Keyes (Gersham Keyes) and Humphry Keyes (Humphrey Keyes), relating to the sale of land near Vestal's Landing. (old # JCM # 3)
K-4 Indenture: May 7, 1763, between Humphry Keyes (Humphrey Keyes) and Gershom Keyes (Gersham Keyes), relating to the sale of land near the mouth of the Shenandoah River. (old # JCM # 4)
K-5 Indenture: March 1, 1763, between Gersham Keyes and Thomas Smith, relating to the sale of land near the mouth of the Shenandoah River. (old # JCM # 5)
K-6 Deed dated December 13, 1764: between Thomas Caldwell and John Raredin; on reverse of same document, dated April 23, 1767, is an assignment by Raredin (John Rairdin) of his rights to Humphrey Keyes. (old # JCM # 6)
