Description

White ceramic bowl with gray, floral pattern. Mark on bottom of bowl shows a world globe with latitude and longitude lines and a sword striking through it. Arched above the globe are the words: BONA FAMA EST. Underneath the globe are the words: MELIOR ZONA AUREA. Beneath the mark are the words: ALBA CHINA. Circa 1920. Part of a four-piece set, all with similar floral design. Other pieces of the set are cataloged as 2232, 2233, and 2234.
