Description

Purple and black felt pennant with the word "STORER" and "1919." The lettering is a yellow or golden color. A yellow or gold strip of fabric is on the left edge of the pennant and two strips of purple fabric extend from the bottom of the yellow or gold strip. A maker's tag is on the back. Owned and worn by Nettie Hughes, an African American woman from Charles Town.
