Scope and Content

Banquet program, dated December 6, 1951, for the 100th anniversary of the Zion Church Parish House (1851-1951), Charles Town, West Virginia. Provides a schedule of the event and list of clergy, including rector, vestry, associate vestry, unified auxiliary officers, and junior brotherhood of St. Andrew. The celebration commemorated the 100th anniversary of the church building, which was the third church on the site. The first church was built in 1819, when the congregation moved from Trinity (also known as St. George's Chapel) in 1818 or early 1819. The Parish was originally Norborne Parish, England and then St. Andrew's Parish.
