Scope and Content

Circular, ca. July 1895, in which the Vestry of St. Andrew's Parish, Charles Town, W. Va., requested a new organ to be purchased for Zion Church. Signed, in printed type, by Vestry committee members: B. C. Washington, William Beall, and Joseph Trapnell. At bottom of the circular is "Subscription to Organ" and a space to write how much money the individual was willing to pay to the Treasurer of Zion Church for the organ on o[r] before July 1, 1895.
