Includes schedule for the celebration of the centennial and a list of names of the rectors of Zion Church from 1819 to 1919. Names of rectors from 1951 to 1901 unknown due to a large square cut out of the middle of the page. Includes loose piece of paper with a poem titled "England" by Hally Carrington Brent. "Ambler" written in pencil on front cover.
