Philip Coons building (currently restroom facilities) and the McCabe-Marmion building (currently the Industry Museum) on Shenandoah Street. The photograph is evidence of the state of disrepair which existed in Harpers Ferry before the National Park Service began the acquisition and renovation of buildings such as these.
