Lawyer's Row located at the southest corner of Washington and George Streets in Charles Town, West Virginia across the street from the Jefferson County Court House. Lawyer's Row was torn down about 1908 and the Farmers and Merchants Bank was built. Those occupying offices were William L. Wilson and George W. Baylor, law partners; Judge Frank Beck with and Thomas Claiborne Green, law partners; barber shop owned by James H. Thompson and Walter Moten, standing in front of their barbershop; and Mr. Charles E. Baylor standing next to the tree at the corner.
