Dedication and grand opening of Package 110 in Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. Package 110 was one part of the NPS plan to restore the streetscape along Shenandoah Street to the time of the John Brown Raid (1859). Included in Package 110 were the Ann C. Stephenson building (Wetlands Exhibit), the William Anderson building, John C. Unseld building (John Brown Exhibit), and the Gerard Bond Wager building. Each building had park offices on the upper floors. All of the interior photographs are taken in the John C. Unseld building (John Brown Exhibit).
