Students at the Myerstown Black School in 1928. Teacher, Miss Annie Watkins, is in the back row center. First known school for African American students in Myerstown, it was built in 1875. No longer standing; was on the left, one mile west of Myerstown on the Myerstown-Rippon Road; closed in 1936.
