Description

Orange felt hat with wide firm brim. Artificial orange roses to one side of the white silky hatband.plastic rhinestones and white trim at the edge of brim. Hat was owned by Gwen Twyman of Summit Point, a member of Zion Baptist Church in Charles Town.
