Coin silver teaspoon made by John Adam, Alexandria, VA -- 1829. Initials "ML" in fancy script on top of handle. Scratched on reverse in script "R Rion Lucas Fort Delaware". Private Robert Rion Lucas, Co. F, 1st Virginia Cavalry, from Jefferson County was imprisoned from March 23, 1863, until June 20, 1865.
